Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident choosing The String Friends® for your teaching studio. Our refund and returns policy explains how we handle membership cancellations, refund requests and paperback purchases.

Teacher Memberships

Teacher memberships provide access to ebooks, videos, audio and teaching resources through The String Friends® portal.

Memberships are not refundable simply because you change your mind or decide not to use the resources. If you have a concern about your membership, please contact us at hello@theviolinclub.com so we can discuss your situation.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Paperback Books

Paperback editions of The String Friends® books are sold separately through Amazon. Returns and refunds for these purchases are handled by Amazon under its applicable returns policy.
